How long do I have to wait until my access works?
You'll just have to wait 2 to 5 minutes for your username/password to be propagated on all our servers. If after 10-15 minutes your account doesn't work, please contact us through our Contact Page - make sure you give us as much info as possible so we can fix the problem quickly!

I didn't receive my login information. What can I do?
If you don't receive an email with your access information after signing up, it may not work if you entered an invalid email when you signed up. Othewise, contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Page so that we can send you your access information.

My access isn't working. How can I get it fixed?
If you are unable to log into the site, first make sure you're entering the correct username and password. If it still doesn't work, contact us using the form on This Page ; please make sure you fill out the form completely so we can help you as quickly as possible.

I'm not prompted to enter my username/password for the members area. What can I do?
You have to set up your browser in a way that will prompt you to enter your username and password. Follow these directions to do so:

  1. From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Custom Level button.
  4. If you scroll down to the next menu, you will see "USER AUTHENTICATION: Logon". Be sure that ANONYMOUS is not selected. If it is, then you will not be prompted to enter a username and password.

I didn't see zoomed images, except empty border area. What can I do?
This site uses Cascading Style Sheets for layout and formatting. In members' area CSS is strictly required. To enable CSS, follow the directions below for your browser:

  1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Select the General tab.
  3. Click the Accessibility button at the bottom right.
  4. Make sure all checkboxes are unchecked.
  5. Click the OK button to exit the Accessibility dialog box.
  6. Click the OK button to exit the Internet Options dialog box.

Netscape Navigator 7

  1. On the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. In the category menu, click the arrow next to Appearance.
  3. Under Appearance, select Fonts.
  4. Check Allow documents to use other fonts.
  5. In the category menu, under Appearance, select Colors.
  6. Check Always use the colors and background supplied by the web page.
  7. Click the OK button to exit the Preferences dialog box.

Mozilla Firefox 1

  1. On the Tools menu, select Options.
  2. Select the Web Features icon.
  3. Click the Fonts & Colors button.
  4. Make sure the two buttons at the bottom are unchecked: Always use my X Fonts X Colors.
  5. Click the OK button to exit the Fonts & Colors dialog box.
  6. Click the OK button to exit the Options dialog box.
